Mrs. Wood is awesome! She is very friendly, and professional. I would definitely call upon her for any real estate needs . She showed my daughter several homes and was very accommodating. In the end , my daughter chose to rent an apartment for a year while she keeps places in mind for them in the future.
Michelle Wood was a great host for our teams and parents for our annual \\"Battle at the Beach\\" Tournament. I can not say enough about how helpful and kind Michelle Wood was to all that stayed at the Hyatt Place during the week of March 12-17. Her staff was as good as you can ask for and her knowledge of the town and courteous attitude was such a delight to be around. I will be recommending Michelle and the Hyatt Place to my family and friends as a much needed place to stay in Biloxi in the future.

This gal is a master as coordinating accommodations on the Mississippi Gulf Coast...........She knows all the best places to recommend from lodging, dining, sight seeing, and those special places the locals prefer. You\\'ll do yourself a favor to consult with her when visiting town. If your in the real estate market...........she\\'s aware of local trends affecting property values and has extensive knowledge that can cut threw to equation you are seeking.
Michelle was a pleasure to deal with and our house sold for above listing price faster than we could have imagined! We had multiple offers within hours of the listing hitting the MLS and Michelle was ready to competently and efficiently handle the rapidly exchanged offers, counter offers, inspection reports and eventual closing documents.
